Bio-naphtha
Classification:
Bio-naphtha
Product Introduction
Bio-naphtha is a lightweight fuel produced through thermochemical or biochemical conversion of biomass feedstocks such as vegetable oils, animal fats, waste oils, or cellulose-based materials. As an efficient, eco-friendly, and renewable alternative, it delivers superior performance and broad application potential. While sharing similar chemical properties with petroleum-based light oils, Bio-naphtha stands out with its renewable and sustainable advantages. It serves not only as an ideal substitute for petroleum-based light oils but also as a crucial pathway for achieving energy transition and sustainable development.
1. Product Features
(1) Renewable: using biomass as raw material to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
(2) Environmental protection: low carbon dioxide emissions and very little sulfur content during combustion, reducing air pollution; waste resources can be used in the production process to promote circular economy.
(3) High energy density: The calorific value is close to that of petroleum-based light oil, which is suitable for various energy needs.
(4) Strong compatibility: can be used directly or mixed with petroleum-based light oil, suitable for existing equipment and infrastructure.
(5) Low freezing point: good low temperature fluidity, suitable for use in cold areas.
2. Application areas
(1) Transportation: As a light fuel for small engines such as cars and motorcycles. It is used as a hybrid fuel to reduce carbon emissions from traditional fuels.
(2) Industrial fuel: used in generator sets, boilers, heating equipment, etc. As a heat source for industrial heating and processing.
(3) Chemical raw materials: as raw materials for the production of chemicals (such as plastics, solvents).
(4) Household heating: As a clean fuel for household heating equipment, it replaces traditional heating oil and reduces household carbon emissions.
